About VIP Aparments

Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. VIP offers one-, two- and three-bedroom, fully furnished apartments, complete with a full-sized kitchen, full-sized appliances, and a full array of housewares, linens and electronics.

Will my apartment have a full-sized washer and dryer?
Every VIP corporate apartment has a convenient laundry facility. In most cases, there is a full-sized washer and dryer within the apartment; however, some communities do not have hookups within the individual apartments. These communities have separate on-site coin-operated laundry facilities instead. Please be sure to ask your leasing agent about the specific laundry arrangements for your apartment.

Can I bring my dog, cat, or iguana?
Most VIP communities allow your pets to stay with you. There are some exceptions for large, potentially noisy or unusual pets, and in most cases an extra deposit is necessary. In the unfortunate circumstance where your pet will not be allowed to stay with you, our staff can assist you in finding alternate boarding at a reliable kennel or with a local veterinarian.

Where can my kids or guests sleep?
VIP offers two- and three-bedroom apartments for families, and second bedrooms can be furnished with twin beds upon request. In addition, most apartments feature pull-out sofa sleepers for occasional guests.

Can I have a home office?
Yes. Desks, office chairs, task lamps, personal computers and fax machines are all available as A La Carte Amenities. Additionally, some VIP communities feature free or pay-per-use business centers with fax machines, Internet connections and copiers. Please ask your leasing agent about specific community amenities and your home office requirements.

What size apartments do you offer?

Do you have studio apartments?

Can I have a ground floor apartment?
Yes, although availability of ground-floor apartments fluctuates according to current occupancy and specific neightborhood and communities availability. Please call your leasing agent for current availability.

Can I get HBO, Showtime or Pay-Per-View?
Local cable is included in the monthly cost of a VIP apartment. For your comfort, premium channels, Pay-Per-View services and cable service in additional rooms within the apartment are available as A La Carte Amenities. Please call your leasing agent for additional information.

Can I get high-speed Internet?
Yes, high-speed internet is included in your VIP apartment. Availability, type of access, and service providers vary depending on the state, neighborhood and specific community. Please call your leasing agent for additional information.

Please call your leasing agent for additional information.

Are there smoking and non-smoking VIP apartments?
VIP Corporate Housing apartments are all ‘No Smoking’ facilities.

VIP guests who smoke may smoke outside the apartment, on the balcony, or on the patio; however, ashtray waste must be kept clean and, when properly extinguished with water, disposed of outside the apartment. Used cigarettes should never be disgarded on the ground. Smoking waste should never be brought into the apartment.

One-bedroom, fully furnished, all-inclusive VIP apartments begin as low as $55 per day, with a 30-day minimum stay, in certain areas. Major metropolitan areas, two- and three-bedroom apartments and apartments with exclusive locations or amenities will be priced higher. You can request more information from a leasing agent here.

Are all of the utilities included?
Yes. All major utilities, including electric, gas, water, trash service, local phone, cable and internet are included in our flat monthly fee. Long-distance, local long-distance, toll charges, directory assistance, any other additional phone charges or misuse charges incurred will be billed to you or applied to your credit card on file if necessary.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?
Prior to signing the lease, VIP collects a $75 fee to process your application, including a credit check of all adult residents. There may also be a refundable security deposit depending on the terms of the lease.

Monthly rent is based on the flat daily charge as quoted by your leasing agent and printed on your lease. Some states, counties, cities & municipalities require taxes. Please call or email for specific details.

At move out, excessive damage charges and unpaid phone charges may be billed to you or applied to your credit card on file if necessary. Please call your leasing agent for additional information.

What is the minimum stay?
VIP apartments are intended to have a 30-day minimum stay; however, shorter stays can be arranged depending upon availability. Stays of longer than 30 days are pro-rated per day.

Can I move in right away?
In many cases, yes; however, availability may be limited. Please call your leasing agent for current availability.

Can I stay a few extra days and not incur a second month’s rent?
Stays of longer than 30 days are pro-rated per day!

How much notice is necessary before I move out?
VIP requires a 30-day, written notice of vacancy. For more information, please call your leasing agent.

What if I don’t know how long I’ll need to stay?
Just let us know at the beginning of your lease and our staff can help you designate a fluid move-out date. If you find that your move-out date is approaching and you need to extend your lease, please call your leasing agent as soon as possible to make arrangements. Many times, there will be another guest ready to move in as soon as you move out.

Can you bill my employer?
VIP specializes in corporate billing, providing one seamless, all-inclusive bill for employee housing, eliminating the traditional paper-chase system of reimbursement. Please ask your leasing agent for more information about split billing and credit arrangements.

What if my employer and I are sharing the costs?
VIP can separate the charges so that the employer is billed for the basic necessities and the employee is charged for any extra amenities, such as second bedrooms, home office space or equipment, premium cable channels, high-speed Internet access, or any other specialty from our A La Carte Amenities list. VIP can also split charges between more than one party. Please call your leasing agent for more information.

Can I have my insurance company reimburse you?
Yes! Your insurance agent must call us directly to set up billing and credit arrangements.

Do you provide HUD or Section 8 housing?
No. VIP does not offer low-income housing.

What if I have not-so-great credit?
VIP charges a $75 credit check and application fee prior to signing a lease. Your credit rating will determine the amount of security deposit necessary. In some cases, leasing an apartment with VIP may not be possible. Please call your leasing agent for more information.
