Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) March 19, 2012 -- CHPA is pleased to announce Brad Laspe, CCHP, CRP of VIP Corporate Housing as the Chairman of the Board. Laspe took office on March 1, 2012 and will serve a one-year term as Chairman. Laspe has been a member of CHPA since 2002.

"He has been actively involved in his company at all levels and haswatched his company grow over time, just as the corporate housing industry has over the last decade."
Laspe started in the multifamily industry in 1991 in property management and has focused on corporate
housing for the last thirteen years. Laspe understands the industry, having held many positions in many departments within the company. As the Vice President of VIP Corporate Housing, he oversees all day-to-day operations and the development of strategic marketing plans to help expand the company's business opportunities. VIP Corporate Housing is the largest corporate housing supplier in the Midwest, with offices in St. Louis, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois.
