We use your company for all of our relocated employees. I wanted to take a minute of your time to discuss one of your Account Executives, JoAnne Lazzareschi. On Friday, June 26th she spent the entire day guiding me through the city showing me the various places we have put our employees. Not only did JoAnne have the upmost respect for each individual apartment staff we visited, but she conveyed an extremely personable and professional personality, but also an aura of joy surrounding her. I gave JoAnne a tour of our facility before we left. This way she could have a better understanding of what we do. The respect she had towards meeting our employees was recognized and commented on today by multiple people. Your company does absolutely wonderful things for us and I can’t begin to thank you enough. When JoAnne began to show me all of the little things you do for each one of our employees it made me realize you are a company who truly cares about each person you bring to the area. Every moment I was with JoAnne there was a joy about her that reflected off to the people around her and made the day a complete success. Now that we have a better understanding of your company and an even more firm relationship I am confident our business together will continue to grow.

VIP's numerous locations and the quality of their accommodations were key in my selection. I chose a nice apartment in the Winchester Place community in Fairview Heights, Illinois. It was close enough to my job site to allow me to run to the site as needed and yet far enough away that when I left I could leave work at work.
I just wanted to make sure before we move that I said THANK-YOU so very much for all you've done for us during our stay with VIP. We have really enjoyed the housing (both places) and have been very impressed and appreciative of all that has been done for us during our stay with the VIPSTL. Thank-you so much for allowing us to "rent" the apartment while my sisters were visiting, for finding one near to us, for the flexibility last minute with the day change, and for letting them stay early even.
This apartment (Camden Cove) has been my favorite out of the two with the view of the pond right out the window! I love the setting here and it feels very "homey". :)

I was in Buenos Aires, Argentina before we moved to St. Louis. We were able to finalize the deal and sign the lease without any hassles at all while still overseas. It was really great to have a good temporary place to live nailed down before we even left Argentina. Any issue no matter how small that I have spoken to Pam about has been taken care of most professionally and promptly.
We wanted a place relatively close to Boeing, and Pam placed us straight up the freeway, very accessible to work. Anything we asked along the way she took care of for us. We called upon her for a few things after we moved in, and Boom! Extremely fast and very effective customer service.
I had one day to get resituated in St. Louis [from Palm Beach, FL] because I travel nationwide 90% of the time. It took one call to VIP and in a matter of minutes they had three on-target options for me. I was in a new unit--a beauty--by 5:00 p.m. that evening.
The cleanliness and orderliness are exceeded only by the Ritz Carltons. And I mean that. I'd rank it higher than 'fantastic'.
I just wanted to write you and let you know that I really appreciate all of your help, the suite was fantastic. We had a great time and we had clear directions and now I'm looking for any places that you have in the Memphis, Tennessee area. I think I am hooked on VIP.
I was going to e-mail you to let you know that our guest reported how impressed he was when he arrived on March 20 at the cleanliness of his apartment. Pam was very helpful to me when it came to getting the documentation that I needed for filling my housing claims. She was available when I needed her and she did an outstanding job in making our stay very comfortable.
The main thing that we found accommodating about your services was the fact that you allowed us to keep our pets with us while in your apartment. We have been transferred many times during my career and the most difficult aspect of moving is finding accommodations for our cats while we are in-transit. We both thank VIP Corporate Housing for making us all feel so welcome during a most difficult time.
You have a very professional staff and should be justifiably proud of the service that you provide to people when they are in need. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you.

We just wanted to compliment your staff for the wonderful service they gave us. We came to the Metro Lofts in St Louis for me to have a total spine fusion. I was expecting some difficulties in the rental but none ever materialized. The women we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
I had to ask just once for some small kitchen accoutrements and also to have twin beds replaced with a queen and it was done quickly. The gentlemen who delivered the items were also friendly and prompt. Thank you for making our stay so stress free.
It's been almost as stressful making sure this came to a reality as it would have been if I didn't have a place to live. Luckily there are people like you Colleen and the people at the relocation team that have done an amazing job putting up with all my emails and questions. You guys are seriously the best! With the days counting down until I make my 14 hour drive I feel confident in the fact that I am in your hands. If you have a customer survey I would love to fill one out for you and Christie. I want to make sure your bosses know how awesome you both have been helping me out during this period of complete uncertainty. My original plan was to just drive around until I found some hotel/motel that offered long term stay at a good price. This is a much better situation. Thank you again!
