Prior to joining VIP Corporate Housing, Katie held several positions at Village Green Properties in St. Louis where she consistently excelled. She was able to raise occupancy by 30% in three months at its Lake Saint Louis locations, maintain a 90-98% occupancy throughout complete renovations at its Westchase – Creve Coeur location and won “The Best of the Best” award, all while managing the sales team.
Katie has also achieved the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation offered by the National Apartment Association. This certificate requires candidates to complete over 56 hours of coursework, an examination and the candidate must have worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months. As a Certified Apartment Manager, Katie will be equipped to continuously improve internal processes within VIP which will in turn help to improve the customer’s overall corporate housing experience.
