St. Louis (July 2010) Expanding its presence as the local leader in temporary housing, VIP Corporate Housing and MetroLofts signed a partnership agreement on July 1 to add all 45 of MetroLofts' furnished housing apartments to VIP's housing portfolio. The apartments were currently being managed by MetroLofts, but through this new agreement, VIP will administer all aspects of these properties while being able to offer this sought after property to their customers.

All current MetroLoft tenants residing in the furnished apartments will continue under their current lease terms and conditions. MetroLofts will continue to manage the remainder of the traditional lease apartments in the 213 unit complex.
