VIP Corporate Housing Is Growing!
We are looking for a dynamic, industry-leading sales professional to lead VIP Corporate Housing’s growing and evolving solutions nationwide. The ideal sales professional will accelerate VIP’s acquisition of new business as well as build and scale our existing portfolio. Our next sales leader will have demonstrated success in identifying, developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners. You understand VIP’s portfolio of award-winning products and solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify key prospects nationwide
- Present VIP’s value proposition
- Conduct web-based and live meetings
- Respond to RFI/RFPs
- Lead negotiations to a successful close
- Attend industry conferences & tradeshows
Desired Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales of product and services. Extended stay, hotel, real estate, relocation, or corporate housing sales experience is a plus. Previous experience in a customer focused, business to business, approach to sales that focuses on corporate and upper management level clients is highly desired.
